Assisted Living Facility: Rio Rancho

New 13,200sf, 30 bedroom assisted living facility located in Rio Rancho, NM. L&R was selected to negotiate this project, assisting with the design, and providing site selection evaluation. This project is scheduled for completion in July 2021.

Restaurant Shell: Little Caesars

New 1500 sf building shell for a restaurant with a drive through window. The negotiated private contract was completed as of April 2021.

Office Building Construction: Vida de Paz - 2418 Miles SE, Albuquerque, NM

Office building designed and built with Feng Shui concepts. This space was developed for the professionals who occupy the offices. Most of the the professionals are in mental health. We can help design, develop, and construct an office building for any type of profession. Remodeling your current office is always an option.

Brown Office and Shop - Los Lunas, NM

We coordinated the design of a large shop/office. We built it with quality and safety. The building included quality lighting, a state of the art heating and cooling system, as well as beautiful blue epoxy floors. We worked closely with the owners to ensure their ultimate satisfaction.

We have sub-contracted with numerous Contractors in the Albuquerque Area to complete additions including bathrooms, garages, remodels, doors etc. We have experience installing flag stone and brick stairs.
